"First saw Dr. Randolph for a second opinion in 2016. She seemed to listen and had good holsitc advice for management of my condition; not just medication. She said to call/see her again if I had any worsening symptoms. A year later I was much worse. I had to wait a month for an appointment. At the appointment I started to ask my questions and we were interrupted by a phone call she had to take. After she returned she said she had no time, she had cancer patients to see, and kicked me out. She was then appalled at the amount of my copay. She called later to ask if I had more questions, and said I could also make an appointment, but she had already demonstrated her priorities and interests. "

"Although Dr. Molloy seems to be a good doctor his office staff is rude. Have been trying to schedule for a procedure for almost a month and cannot get scheduled. They’ve don’t know when they will be able to get the procedure scheduled as the doctor hasn’t released his schedule. They’ll call when they have something available. Time to find another provider. "
