( the exact date of service is not something I remember)I had indicated that I would like to have a full breast ultrasound. I had done thermography for the past 2 years. I UNDERSTOOD that this would be something that I would have to pay out of my own pocket for. She point blank indicated that she would not write an RX for one UNLESS I get a mammogram. I told her that I was against mammograms but felt that I would benefit from a breast ultrasound, She refused.
