Dr. Farasat prescribed a medicine for my diabetes.  When I went to have the prescription filled, I found it's $700/month so I've called Dr. Farasat 5 times to ask if there's a suitable replaceement. Every time, I'm told someone will call me.  They have not called me a single time.  I even went into the office and was told someone would call me back.  Meanwhile, my blood sugar is skyrocketing while they REPEATEDLY fail to follow through on a return phone call - six times now.  The "we had a data breach" is a lousy excuse for not returning a phone call.
