Xray tech, perhaps due to a malfunctioning xray machine or lack of knowledge, gave me 3times the radiation...when I questioned him about it...he started lecturing me about other places that are radiation conducive?? The clinitian decided not to show up. And the woman that saw my mouth, rosemary. navarro, she actually stated: "You still have your wisdom teeth, but you have NO WISDOM!!" She laughed as she said this. I had my moth open, so I was unable to say anything. Finally, the front desk personnel, michelle, demanded I sign a form which forced me to pay a penalty fee should I have the need to cancelled an appointment within the LAST 48 hours!!48??? Yet, her clinical and dentist cancelled on me without any penalty???  I did not sign such forms. I requested my X-rays, however, the office has refused to release them to me. My next step would be the dental board.
