Dr. Nicola Hendricks, MD

I went as a new patient to West Kendall OBGYN where Dr. Hendricks is located, and unfortunately I did not have the best experience with the office staff. They were very unprofessional on the phone in advance but I decided to overlook that as Dr. Hendricks had great ratings. Unfortunately, I should not have overlooked this as the office staff was so incredibly rude when calling about results. The lady on the phone was very defensive when I asked any questions and began to raise her voice at me in which I opted to hang up the phone because as a grown woman, speaking to a women’s provider, I will not be made to feel more uncomfortable that I already do having to be examined annually down there… It can be triggering and fearful for women so I would recommend going to a different office and finding another provider with better staff that makes you feel heard and cared for, as it is supposed to be care anyhow.
