Dr. Pakour has a very soft and calming voice. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable when she came into the room to see me. The front desk staff were also very nice, but seemed really busy with all of the incoming calls. I spoke to two ladies on the phone when scheduling my appointments and both were very kind and patient. The only thing I will call out is the amount of time I spent in the lobby of the office to get seen - about an hour and 20 min. I then got called into one of the rooms and waited about 15 min to see the doctor. My advice would be to plan ahead for an appt, but it's worth it for the Doctor and staff.
