Dr. Torrejon and his staff are not the best. The hygienist claimed that stains on some of my teeth were something she could not take care of, which per a new dentist turned out to be decalcification that will require fillings, and concerning that the dr did not pick up on this nor mentioned anything of it. Dr. Torregon had also found random cavities when filling in other cavities, and decided to fill them in without consulting me, and when it came to a wisdom tooth with a cavity, did not attempt to provide any information on how to move forward when I told him I wanted to have them removed. The reception staff vary from being nice to having a salty attitude, and overall staff was late to start my appointments, or Dr. Torregon himself would leave me sitting in the chair for 10+ minutes at a time without reason. The only time Dr. Torregon explained anything was when I needed to have a filling adjusted, as it was causing me pain, but even then it felt that I had to grab him and demand an answer, he is too busy between patients to be present enough.
