This guy is no longer practicing because his license was revoked on February 18, 2021 because of disciplinary actions taken against him by the Florida State Board of Psychology.  He downloaded child pornography while holding a license to practice psychology.  He plead nolo contendere to Contribute to Delinquency of Minor or Child, in the County Court in and for the Brevard County, Florida, Case No. 2018-MM-33336,  Reference:  State of Florida Department of Health v. Isaac A. Levinsky, DOH Case No. 2010-22442
