Dr Busch was great, and helped me.  Never saw him again after first visit - OR another doctor for that matter, for a year before I left the practice.  Too many complaints to list:  no labs sent, lab request sent to wrong lab, no one answers phone, front desk won't help with simplest requests, get shown into office, PA (actually, no one) never shows up after waiting 65 minutes - finally left. Shockingly bad treatment.  Cannot recommend.

This physician looked down my blouse, asked me to bend over, poked me in my thigh, and when it hurt and I cried out, he called me a baby. There was a female in the room but she was looking at her computer and did not comment or help. Staff at this office also complained about the physician to each other.  I had to wait several times before and after seeing the physician.  After this appointment,  I sought out a different rheumatologist 30 minutes away who was kind and gentle and did not abuse me physically or verbally.
