Dr. Gary Glen Salamon, DDS

Dr. Salamon may be a great dentist (I don't know, because I was never allowed to make an appointment), but the person handling the appointments (Bridgette) is a complete psycho. I have never been treated as rudely before by anyone in my life ever. She very rudely denied receiving faxes sent straight to her with confirmations that they were received. Then she got into a vicious screaming match with my insurance agent, calling her a liar. When I had finally had enough and told Bridgette that I was not interested in becoming a new patient anymore, she told me that she was not going to lose any sleep over it. This whole thing was recorded on my insurance agents phone system. Neither one of us could believe what had just happened. The agent did help me to find a much better office in the end, for which I am very grateful.
