I had an appointment for 8:30. They called me in 8:50 after that I told them my appointment was 8:30. They did x-ray and brushing. Then I sat another 20 minutes till doctor came and did a quick general cleaning. I've done checkup and general cleaning before and was pretty much familiar with process. Really unhappy and unsatisfied. Poor in communication. Never will back there again.
