Horrible Doctor.   I went in with knee pain.  Did an xray, told me I had the start of osteoarthritis and told me to lay off the wheat because wheat causes inflammation. 5 months later I went back still in pain asking if he's sure its the start because it hurts so bad.  He told me to see a Rheumatologist.   I did.  She ran all kinds of tests.  Everything was negative for autoimmune diseases. She did cortisone injections and then the gel injection.   (Which Dr. Preston didn't even try to help me with)  That worked for a bit but not fully. She advised me to see a different Orthopedic knee specialist.  The new doctor did a MRI (which Preston did not do) and said I need a knee replacement (torn meniscus, lost cartilage bone on bone, bakers cyst, bone spurs, etc. etc. ) but because of my age (48) he would do the knee Arthoscopy first to buy me some time.  
  I highly recommend Zach Vaughn  out of Los Gatos.  A little far but the BEST doctor ever.  Night of surgery I emailed him at 930pm  he replied back within 15 minutes.   Preston couldn't even order an MRI no way would he email you back.   I do not recommend him to anyone.
