Dr. Araceli Stout, DDS

I came 2xs both times were a bad experience. The first time, I made my appointment with Araceli Stout  over the phone at 9:30AM.  When I showed up I waited for the dentist. The office was not open. The dentist (Araceli)  finally arrived at 11am. I had to text her to remind her about our appointment. When she finally settled in, she had people waiting. I didn’t get in until 12 when my appointment was at 9:30!! I had to tell the assistant that they had me waiting for so long. The assistance was nice and understanding. she’s was the only reason I stayed when I was about to walk out because she walked me in finally and did my X-rays. 
The second time, I had my appointment at 11am. I came in and all the doors were locked. I saw the assistance through the mirror. I had to knock for her to come outside. Then she told me they open at 12 because they were all in a meeting! They are so unprofessional and do not take into account others peoples time! They are so unorganized and do not check there calendars.
