Pulmonologists - Lansdale, PA

"I have gone to Dr Mushlin for about 3 years as a referral from my PCP. He has several locations to choose from. Most appointments I have waited awhile to be seen, the longest was about an hour, on average about 20 minutes. The average appointment last 10 minutes which seems like a slap in the face after driving 40 minutes to the office. Practice does offer virtual telehealth appointments through Microsoft Teams. Most telemedicine appointments have been a disaster - usually office staff do not acknowledge the meeting on a timely manner and I am left waiting. One time the appointment time was changed but I didn't get that message until after the original appointment started but since then I have been treated like I am a chronic "no show" when I'm always early or on time. The Lansdale office moved locations in April 2023 and sent 1 email to patients and staff at front desk was like "it probably went to your spam" when I asked them if they sent notifications out since I had gone to the old location. I made the appointment after they moved, so that would have been an opportune time to tell me they moved, but nothing was mentioned. Mushlin's demeanor in office is that he wants to be anywhere else than where he is or that he is bored. I am always asked about my medications and if anything has changed and they consistently do not have the 1 prescription that Mushlin prescribes to me in their records. I keep having to tell them to add it. I was told to bring my CPAP machine for my last appointment and it as not looked at or asked about. The only thing that kept me coming back to this practice was the friendliness of the staff. But it has been too many things that make me mad that I have decided to move on to a new practice."
