"The office is rather outdated, but the biggest issue I found with the doctor, was that I came simply to have a diagnosis to having some issues looked at and then hopefully fixed, but he pressured me into getting a cleaning, he didn't even ask. Which was a little stresfull and overwhelming, when someone is doing something to you that you can't really say not to, because their hands are shoved in your mouth. It's put me off returning to the clinic. "

"I went to this dentist for periodontal cleaning and to have some restorative work done on a few teeth. He provided an estimate to put crowns on all my teeth which would have cost over $6k. When I went for my cleaning I underestimated the time it would take to complete and told them I had to be at work by a certain time. That was, apparently, the straw that broke the camel's back. His sadistic hygienist who did the cleaning proceeded without numbing the areas where she injected me with shots. I was shocked! The next day I called the dentist to apologize for not scheduling enough time and to also state that I did not want to have all the crown work done, just the specific work I had went in there for. Dr. Bagby very sarcastically asked if I was sure I could afford that. Needless to say, I did not ever go back to this horrible dentist office. "
