Orthopedist - Aurora, IL

"Dr. James A. Krcik is a coward. I saw him 3 times and each time he had to idea who I was. He lost my paperwork, when it was located I asked for it back to take it somewhere else, lost it again, once found he had signed and initialed it (saying it was received and reviewed) but yet he had no idea why I was there. I called and emailed a request for him to call me about my lost results. Dr. Krcik refused to call me as a patient under his direct care. When I emailed him in the livewell app, I got a respond from his staff saying "He will never call you". When I contacted the CEO to complain I was just treated like a criminal and later Dr. Krcik recommended me to another doctor, just to get me out of his hair. He falsified his appointment notes to make it seem he was more helpful than he was. Dr. Krcik wasted my time, money and allowed my prolonged pain for over 6 months. His facility in South Elgin is disorganized, the staff are self righteous and Dr. Krcik only cares about himself. "
