"It's a completely unpleasant experience to get care here. First of all, you have to find a place to park in their minuscule lot.You may have to park across the street or risk being towed. Then once you get in there, you have to enter your name into a computer and then wait to be called for check in. They do not prioritize based on who has an appointment sooner. It's strictly first come first serve. One appointment I had, I arrived fifteen minutes early and it was twenty minutes past my appointment time to get checked in. Thirty five minutes I waited to be checked in, and this was quite standard. And when you do check in, they act like they have better things to do than to deal with you. Then of course you have to do a urine sample which takes another ten to fifteen minutes. So by the time I was done with that and waited for the nurse to come get me, I was over an hour past my appointment time and had not even got into a room. It was an hour and a half past my appointment time before the doctor came in. He was rude and unpleasant when he finally decided to grace me with his presence. I timed it with my phone and he spent most of the five minutes with me staring at his computer and not talking to me. He sent me away with questions unanswered, and I felt very uncared for. On another occasion, I was left for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting on him as his nurse allegedly couldn't find me in the waiting area they always put you after you have an ultrasound. On another occasion, I called in after a surgery because I was running a fever, and I had to talk to the hateful triage nurses. She said not to take anything until she could talk to the doctor and call me back. Three hours later I called back because I hadn't received a return call. The triage nurse actually yelled at me and told me that she would call me back and hung up on me. By that point, my fever was over 100 degrees. I was asleep when she did finally call back so she left a message telling me to take a fever reducer that it's noted in my file that I can't have because of other health issues and an over the counter product for a symptom I didn't even have. I finally gave up and had another doctor refer me to a practice that has addressed my concerns. I had to pay to have my records sent over, but it was worth every penny to get away from this horrible excuse for a urology practice. "
