Following the completion of necessary paperwork and payment processing, I anticipated a timely consultation as per the scheduled arrangement. Regrettably, the experience deviated significantly from professional standards. Despite repeated assurances, I endured an excessive wait time exceeding one hour and forty minutes. This protracted delay, compounded by the apparent prioritization of individuals familiar to the staff over patients with scheduled appointments, constitutes a severe breach of professional conduct and patient care ethics. Such practices not only disrupt the scheduling efficiency but also undermine the fundamental principles of fairness and respect in a medical setting.
