"The doctor himself is very pleasant and helpful. However, his office staff is rude and unorganized. When I first tried to become a new patient, they lost my information. After finally seeing the doctor, I received multiple phone calls asking me to set up a new patient appointment. When I called to stop the calls, they told me they hadn't called me, and I was wrong. Every interaction with the office staff was unpleasant. At my last appointment, the doctor was running 2 hours behind. When I needed to make a follow up appointment, the doctor said 3 weeks. When I wasnt available for the one 3 week follow up appointment they had available and I had to reschedule, I had to wait 6 weeks to see him. Between the terrible delays and the office staff, I decided it wasn't worth it. "

"This lady was assigned as a Guardian Ad Litem for our case and I must say she doesn't need to have a license. She has treated myself and our children with little to no respect. She made a report recommending the children be with the other parent without speaking to the children for over a year. Understand mother has caused kids mental and emotional abuse along with two CPS cases where she sexually battered our child. Wendy has always sided with the mother. She wrote a report recommending the mother have full custody. SHE MADE THIS RECOMMENDATION TO THE COURT AFTER NOT HAVING SPOKEN TO THE CHILDREN OR THE OTHER PARENT FOR 1 YEAR AND 24 DAYS! She is old and I believe going senile. She can't remember anything she states and has lied under oath multiple times. We will be going after her practice after our case. She is racist towards myself and our kids and very condescending as she feels she is superior to all. Her son in law works by her side but she controls what he reports and he says nothing to her as to not upset his mother in law. It's a bad practice and having spent over 50K and she has only seen our kids 4 times with one point being over 1 year since speaking to the children, but still made recommendations without speaking to kids or other parent. She just listened to one side. She changes her prices when it's convenient for her. We wanted to depose her and she requested an Absurd amount one week prior to her deposition. We were unable to make that payment. Now she is asking for more money up front, over 12K just to show up for court. Never previously did she charge us for court. She knows her practices are biased and she is racial and will do whatever she can to avoid being put in the stand. This is your typical Pinellas County, rich caucasian woman, over 70 years old without a clue of what is going on. Tread carefully with this BIGOT. She is an ABSOLUTE disgrace to the medical community. Other GALS have spoken horribly about her practice. Caution in appointing her for anything related to medical or psychological practice. "

"DOS is estimate. I saw her from May, 2023-August 2023. Where should I start?? 1st phone call/zoom appointment was terrible. She kept cutting out and having to call me back. She was doing it from her cell phone, not a laptop. 2nd and 3rd meeting in person, she was very late both times and did not bother to call or text that she was late. When I told her I felt my time had been disrespected and that I did not think this would be a good fit, she started crying and begged me not to leave and to get her "help me". Silly me, I agreed. I told her from that day forward I would only do zoom appointments and she agreed. she did those appointments from her apartment, where she was dog sitting and was happy to talk about the dog, her artwork, and literally showed me around her apartment by carrying her laptop. It always felt like my sessions were way more about her, than me and my current issues. The last straw was when she completely ghosted me on what would be my last zoom session with her in August of 2023. After that, I was done. I had gone through a very traumatic breakup after a 9 year relationship, and she did NOTHING to reduce my stress, anxiety, feelings of despair and loneliness. I have several friends who are wonderful therapists, and they ALL told me to report her. I should have. This review will serve my purpose. Do not use this person for therapy!!!"

"I always thought a counselor was supposed to listen, support, guide and above all, be non-judgmental. I've had really good counselors in the past but i've never had one tell me what I had to do. She's almost demanding about her direction. Aren't counselors supposed to be unbiased and accepting? Guess not in her eyes. She was a real eye-opener. On another note, this has nothing to do with her counseling style but she wears very heavy perfume so after you've been in her office for a few minutes, it's kinda hard to concentrate on anything and to top that off, she talks REAL loud. I haven't figured out if that's because she the demanding type or if she just has a hearing problem. But, between the perfume and the loud voice ( in a small area), I was exhausted when I left. I decided to give her a second try, giving her the benefit of the doubt, but nope - still wearing the loud perfume and sporting the loud voice. The most important thing though was her judgmental attitude. I was very surprised by this the most. I wouldn't waste your time if I were you."
