"I went to Dr Torres after telling other doctors for 20 years how painful my cycle was. I’m 38 and have never wanted children. Despite my age, but given symptoms, Dr Torres agreed to a laprascopic hysterectomy. The pathology in the end? Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Both conditions causing severe pain and heavy bleeding. I’m so thankful for a doctor who listened to what I was experiencing and to what I wanted as a patient, and took steps to truly address things. Im one week post hysterectomy with only minor discomfort, and looking forward to a life without the pain of the last 20 years. Thank you thank you thank you! "Very difficult to get any information or ask a question. The office has no puntuality and difficult to work with. I wanted to simply ask when I was last in the office for the visit. they don't pick up the phone, instead they use this messaging app. I messaging them in the morning and they didn't get back to me until right before they were closing and then they stopped messaging me. There was a time they offered me available times and I said those 2 options wouldn't work because i have to work and they didn't offer to give me different times to work with me. It has also been a headache getting them to send orders to SimonMed. At the time, i was being tested for concerns of breast cancer and they were taking their sweet time sending me the results as I was worried sick of the potential diagnosis. "

" I switched to Dr. Sturm right before my due date. He immediately made me feel confident in his care. I had heard of his low C-section rates and more holistic approach so I gave him a shot. I had a birth plan requesting a natural childbirth with no medication, the use of a birthing bar, and freedom to move around during labor to keep things moving. He was so respectful of my wishes and made sure they could be granted. I was hesitant about Bayfront PC because of bad reviews, but they couldnt be more wrong. My experience was the closest thing to a home birth you could have. I felt in control the entire time and Dr. Sturm was able to create a gameplan so I could have a vaginal birth even though I was very high risk. I had my baby naturally and vaginally against all odds! All other Dr's said it wasn't likely possible but he made it happen. If you want to feel respected, empowered, and confident in an OB's intelligence- go with Dr. Sturm. He will deliver all of my babies to come because he truly is THAT good. Thankyou for helping me have such an amazing day that I will never forget. "

"Worst doctor I've ever been to. I left feeling physically and emotionally abused, humiliated, in pain and bleeding, and like my life was at risk. In addition to this, he dismissed my concerns which have turned out to be an actual problem confirmed by a simple CT Scan. Thankfully, I didn't let his ignorance, blatant disregard for me as a woman or human, and his arrogance discourage me from seeking out proper help."

"All appointments seem to be handled by the nurse practitioner. Upon entering the exam room for my first appointment, the nurse practitioner was shockingly rude and abrasive. I actually confronted her about her rudeness because I was about to walk out. However, confronting her about her completely inappropriate attitude resulted in her acting more respectful for the remainder of the appointment. I'd prefer a doctor that sees their own patients and I'm not willing to be treated rudely by caregivers, so I'm finding a new care provider."
