"When I first saw Dr. Nguyenduc he was very nice and listened to my concerns, did a great job with the procedure and follow up. A few months later I went back with upper GI concerns and all he did was criticize my eating habits and told me to quit drinking. Number one as I tried to tell him is that I dont drink and number 2: I eat a clean diet, all organic, veggies, white meat and no dairy. He would not listen. Was very disappointed at this visit. "

"I had never any reason to see a gastroenterologist, but found myself in an emergency situation due to cancer. Dr. Chandra worked through my specific problem and concerns and was understanding with regard to billing as I had limited insurance at the time. He and his office worked through the multiple upper endoscopies I needed and tracked my health progress working forward. I am continuing to seek his advice and care moving forward with my health progression and maintenance."

"I saw a female Dr for my visit. Will I was there the phone rang off the hook and they just sat talking to eachother and letting it go to answere machine. I knew there was a problem right then.They book my procedure quickly. When I got to the hospital and was prepped and ready and male Dr walked in and said hi you ready? I had never seen him before. When I questioned him he said oh yes you saw my associate and I will be doing the procedure! NOT professional. After, I waited 3 weeks no call so I called them and got my results which she said everything fine. I tried for 3 months or more calling at least 3 times a week and leaving messages and mailing a letter in for billing or office to call me . To this day 08/27/2020 I am still waiting for a return call. They got their money and that was all they needed from me I guess.Will never go back"

"I can't speak to the level of care the physician provides because when I called to make an appointment Ruby refused to make an appointment without a referral. My insurance plan does not require me to have a Primary Care Physician and in fact allows me to self-direct to specialists. I called my insurance company to confirm after being refused an appointment, and when I called back to make an appointment I spoke with Ruby again, and even after telling her this she wouldn't look up my plan or check, she just refused to make an appointment without a referral again. This is not meant as an indictment of Ruby if this is the office's policy, but either Ruby neglected to confirm my eligibility or the office should reconsider its policies and make this known in the care provider list on the insurance company's website."
