"BOONE IS A THIEF, LIAR AND MURDERER. I AM THE PROOF, I AM DYING BECAUSE OF HIM. Boone stole 15 years of medical records, lied in reports and denied me medical equipment already approved by the va. his lies have resulted in the va denying me of any medical treatment for the last 2 1/2 years. I have cancer, high blood pressure tumors in my feet and 10 other things. I fall many times a day because I need special inserts in my shoes which are approved but denied by Boone. . I have been knocked unconscious over 12 times, once for almost 24 hrs. I am unable to write due to arthritis and they won't give me medication. I have been seeking medical attention for 2 1/2 years. The va said they can't help me i live alone and am no longer able to use the telephone to discuss medical issues and financial issues so I am no longer even able to call the va for help. Thanks to doctor Boone I have been left to die. BOONE, if you read this I have copies of all of my records if you change add or delete anything it will show up show up."
