The doctor and staff is always courteous and polite every time we take any or all of our daughters. The doctor is always available to take the time needed to answer, explain, clarify etc. any doubts or questions we may have. They've always been very flexible, and never had a problem setting an appointment and getting. In fact during the Christmas holidays, I called the week of 12/19 and was able to get in the following week.
