You should have never stayed in this field if this is how you treat your patients. You failed her, and now you’re only worried about protecting your license, not the people you were supposed to help. You didn’t quit seeing her because it was right — you quit because you were afraid it would come back on you. That’s not care. That’s cowardice.

If any new clients — especially parents with kids — are thinking about coming to you, they need to stay far away. You’re not safe. You’re not trustworthy. You don’t listen, you don’t support, and you definitely don’t heal. You just sit there, nodding like you’re doing something, then disappear the second things get real.
By failing to help and refusing to take responsibility, you didn’t just break a family — you closed her off from society. Instead of healing, you isolated her, making everything worse. Real therapy should bring people together, not tear them apart and leave them alone in their pain. You clearly didn’t learn anything in grad school. You should go back and actually study families because you don’t understand them at all. You should’ve stayed in communications — you clearly don’t belong as a therapist. This is all just a money business to you.
