This was my first visit actually seeing any doctor in like five years. I was nervous going in, but once I shared what was going on with me, the Care team was amazing. I had some serious mental things going on on top of the reason I was there for my knee. They made sure to address my mental health first before moving onto my knee pain. They made sure that I am going to see the proper people to help me through my situation and also to get my knee looked at. They made me feel comfortable and not nervous anymore And actually show that they cared not like the other doctors I have been to where I live. I travel from Whidbey Island to see the doctors at Providence because they are way better than what we have here.

I can't find such a caring and sweet provider!She took a great care of me by listening to all my concerns and helping me with what I really needed!I had this problem since January last year 2023, it was not taken good care from my family doctor, or It was not taken seriously!This provider took my problem seriously and did blood test where they found out new symptoms of gluten (C disease ) This was all new and shocking for me!I can't find enough words to thank this provider, I was In terrible abdominal pain !Thank you!

This provider is a fabulous practitioner both medically and emotionally. She is open to my concerns and suggestions and very respectful. She is extremely knowledgeable in everything that I have ever talked with her about. She knows the latest research and also the pro's and con's regarding any intervention being considered. She also very kind and respectful about my personal side and never critical or judgmental. I couldn't find a better health care provider. Thank you so much.

I especially like this provider because while in the room she supported me by looking at the latest travel medication needed for the particular locations I was visiting. She provided info about ways to stay medically safe while traveling. She took the time to research while I was present. To me, that was not only helpful but personal and catered to my particular needs. This does not always happen. I felt like she wanted the best preventable scenario for me.

Excellent care by all staff and clinicians always! I do understand that medical facilities are under duress with patient care needs and having the skilled staff that are needed. Even needing "immediate " care assessment by self for illness needs to be understood and compassionately viewed. Thank you for being there anyway after receiving a lot of distressing criticism. You are the understanding ones!

I was impressed with the staff's follow-up to my appointment. I needed a CT scan. I received a call within a day, and an appointment with Radiology within a couple of days. I was also impressed that the PA took the time to review my medical records before walking in to our appointment. She walked in knowing what my history, even though I'd never seen her before. Excellent, conscientious work.

I like Srujana more every time I have an appointment with her. It really seems like she cares, she is never in a rush, and I'm more than comfortable talking to her about any medical concerns that I have. I absolutely adore Sirjhana (spelling), my care giver! She is so loving, caring, interested. I never feel rushed or unsatisfied with our visit. I feel she knows me. She brings up topics from past conversations, following up with discussion and resolution. I pray she can be my caregiver for a long time to come!

Dr. Srujana Karlapalem listened carefully to me, offered a 3 month plan to help me move fwd. Also a back up plan if I needed to see her within the 3 months (if I had I had a reoccurance of symptons). Very good satisfactory visit . Really good doctor. Many thanks Dr. Karlapalem
