During our First Joint session with my wife and I Sandra sent out links to log in for a virtual visit my wife and I both logged in and waited about 5 mins without Sandra. She calls me on my Mobile phone and says that she has a new computer and it is not working to log into the site. During our session she seemed distracted and was not activly listening. She attempted to make a avisory comment but had the incorrect analysis. As my wife was explaning a sitution concerning her sons father and lack of involvement Sandra assumed that this comment was directed at me and made a couple statements. Oddly enough my wife corrected her and she just appologized, then appologized for the incovnieniance of her lack of preparation on the computer side. But this was not the first issue with video sessions on my first single visit I was haveing video issue but both incidents Sandra was onluy concerned about her time and her next appoinment. It was very disheartning to be having an issue in my marriage and then deal with an incompitant "Counseling session"
