Went for pap. He asked if I have trouble wiping and said I had toilet paper down there. I told him I bathed and was using wet wipes to prevent this but used their bathroom and the cheap toilet paper fell apart. He put it in my medical record. During the visit, several errors were documented in my medical record: The record states that I had toilet paper in my pelvic area and implies difficulty with personal hygiene. I explained during the visit that I had used his offices low-quality toilet paper, which likely disintegrated, as I had taken thorough hygiene measures (bathing and using wet wipes) prior to the appointment. This note is misleading and does not reflect the context I provided. The record inaccurately states that I weigh 185 pounds and regained all my weight loss. However, I was weighed during the visit, and my weight was 179 pounds, reflecting a 6-pound weight loss in 4 weeks, not a gain. The record incorrectly notes that I had a tooth pulled, when in fact I had a crown placed. He knows I had a crown because when he prescribed the pain med for me for that tooth, I had a temporary crown in and I told him the pain is gone and I have the permanent crown. A person reading my record and had never met me would think I am an unclean, hog with teeth rotting out of my head. No idea why a doctor would think it worthy to put in my medical record I have toilet paper down there, when every single person on the planet has had toilet paper at some time or another. Obviously with my weight of 179 I can still reach to wipe myself so it wasn't about being overweight either. I will never go to him again and I wouldn't recommend him. He also prescribed me 2 meds that clearly warned not to be used together. When I called his office about it, they told me to go ahead and not worry about it. Those warnings are there for a reason.
I was looking for a provider since i moved to warsaw and happy to find Dr. Goldsmith. He is warm and caring and provides all the information you need.
