Dr. Orkideh Naghavi, DDS

The office is difficult to reach because they are only open three days a week during business hours. When I called on Wednesday, the day they are supposed to be open late, Dr. Naghavi answered the phone and said she was in the car and couldn’t schedule my appointment because she had already left early.

At times, the doctor answers the front desk phone, and other times it’s the office assistant, which led to a misunderstanding that resulted in my appointment being canceled. When I arrived on the date I had scheduled, no one informed me that they thought I had canceled. I was told the doctor couldn’t see me, and the front desk scheduled a new date. However, Dr. Naghavi personally called me back to say she does not want to see me, despite admitting to the misunderstanding, and hung up while I was responding.

I would not recommend Dr. Naghavi. Her office is disorganized, appointments are double-booked, and communication is inconsistent.
