I have used this location and seen many of the doctors in his staff for more than 20 years, never had a complaint or problem, until I was running late for my appointment this time because of road construction, a traffic accident and a school buss making their stops.  I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and was told that they would not be able to see me and I would need to reschedule.  I have sat in that office many time for more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.  This is so wrong on many levels.  I have noticed the service becoming less than what it used to be in the past couple of years.  I work to hard for my money and will spend it elsewhere at a different Doctor.
