It pains me to write this scathing review of my recent dental treatment, particularly concerning my front tooth. Dr. Mrudula Pingli assured me that the procedure would be quick, painless and would result in a natural looking improvement to my smile. However, it is evident that things did not go as planned. After taking the best and highest costing option available since it was concerning the two-front tooth, my front tooth still looks conspicuously artificial, with a glaring mismatch in color with inner tooth apparent through capping. It was as if they had completely disregarded any sense of aesthetic harmony. It was so bad that the doctor herself said that she will replace it for no charge. I kept waiting for weeks for her to give me the next appointment as it was extremely embarrassing. Of which I was called once just to let me know that they don't have the caps yet and my insurance was charged for no reason as no treatment was provided. Finally, after multiple calls she finally agreed to replace it, which turned out to be even worse than the previous one. I have almost transparent front tooth which looks slightly bluish showing my inner tooth. I feel embarrassed to even talk sometimes, smiling is totally out of question. As per her, she is saying the internal tooth is too dark and that is why it is showing. My question is who gets a white tooth capped? In the aftermath of this ordeal, I reached out to the doctor to express my dissatisfaction and seek a resolution. However, her response was dismissive and unhelpful saying that she can do it again by charging total cost again which was $1020 after enhanced PPO insurance coverage. So, if she misses out this time, will she charge me again for the third time with absolutely disregarding of her incapability of doing it right the first time? In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Mridula Pingili has been nothing short of a nightmare. From poor communication to shoddy workmanship and lackluster customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering dental work, especially on their front teeth, to steer clear of this clinic at all costs unless you want to bear the burden of extravagant repeated costs and mental harassments. It is simple not worth the risk to your oral health and overall well-being. Either she is not talented enough to do it right the first time or it is purposefully done wrong to recharge the customers for the same job. Not sure what sure which condition is true in her case but in either one I would not go to her.
