Dr Wasserman is smart and she takes her time with patients. I really like her as a Dr but I can’t get follow through when you’re not at an appointment. Also the office staff is SO horrible that I’d never recommend anyone go there and it’s too bad because some of the Drs are the best in the area. Expect to wait over a week for results to be read and they’ll only be read after you call a dozen times…if you’re lucky. Unfortunately to make this review better Dr Wasserman would have to read her own patients tests results and take all calls because the office is useless but either it’s not policy for her to do that or her staff isn’t doing their part to get her results to review. Typical service: email, messag on the portal and call and still you won’t get someone to call you back. This has happened every time for the past 2 years and it’s not an isolated incident of you read other reviews online. OK Dr when she’s with you but that’s where this all stops.
