I had a simple billing question. Called and left voicemails no less than 3 times. Called the office to follow up twice. They promised they would call back but that has never happened. This has been going on for almost a month. I clearly have a remaining balance with them and they don’t want to work with me. Still in the dark for why we still even have this in the first place, given that we paid immediately at the office at each visit. Who knows I may get a call from collection later that would affect my credit score. Do your job!!
