This was one of the worst experiences I think I’ve ever had in 30+ years of doctor visits. When she asked if I’d be okay with letting AI take notes on our conversation, I said I wouldn’t be comfortable with that. She rolled her eyes and scoffed. After describing the events leading up to what was bringing me into the appointment, she told me that I was drawing conclusions about things that don’t connect and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. In response, I told her that I wasn’t drawing conclusions and that I felt like she wasn’t actually listening to me. She responded with “I AM listening. You just don’t know what you’re talking about.” When I described the exact symptoms of a sinus infection (eyes sensitive to light, ears sensitive to noise, aches in my eyebrows, congestion), she told me they were NOT symptoms of a sinus infection in one of the rudest ways I’ve ever heard…and of course, she was just incorrect- those are sinus infection symptoms. I checked the notes she made from our appointment regarding my history that I described and she had written multiple things down incorrectly. I would not trust this person ever again with my health nor would I ever trust her with anyone’s health. If I could give her zero stars, I would. Do not recommend.
