My last experience was the most positive I have had at the Totem Lake office. I really appreciated that my doctor had reviewed my file to know information we had discussed on a previous visit that related to my visit that day. I was offered a variety of options and able to discuss my comfort level with each (as opposed to being told what to do). I was considering changing offices and am very glad that I returned to Totem Lake. Dr. Jordan made me feel heard and respected. I felt he was very invested in my outcomes.

Dr. Jordan is the most kind, compassionate, and professional doctor I have ever had. Being a caregiver I am dealing with a lot of different issues, so I need to maintain a definite balance In my life. Dr Jordan through his professionalism and compassion for his patients allows me to have this by ensuring my health Is taking care of. He Is extremely thorough. This care provider has been amazing! However I have had several at Pac Med 3 at Totem Lake Pac Med that would definitely make me hesitate to give a referral! They spoke down to me and made me feel bad about my health issues and my current lifestyle instead of encouraging healthy changes. Kyle Jordan is the first dr. At Totem Lake to treat me like I am a busy single mom of 3 little children, not an irresponsible patient!

Dr.Jordan is the Best!As busy as he was, Gave me a thorough Wellness exam, treated me with great respect and explained every minute detail.I was most Impressed how he had my test results In memory.He's optimism and words of encouragement are contagious.I felt like a "million bucks" walking away from that visit.I can't adequately thank him for his positivity!!

My child's doctor resigned in May and we were extremely saddened after 11 years, as she was the greatest doctor we had. Dr. Jordan has made it easy for us to adjust to a new doctor. He has a sense of humor, easygoing, and shows interests to what my son talks about. He is easy to talk to and and makes the appointment less stressful.

After my laft favorite doctor left pacofic medical I struggled to find a doctor that I "clicked" with. Dr. Jordan is perfect match for me, he is calm, explains things in a great way that I understand, and most importantly I trust him. Having anxiety makes that last part extremely important.
