Staff explained reason for doctor's unexpected delay. Checked to make sure I was comfortable, doctor apologized for keeping me waiting, explained medical procedures no longer needed. I enjoyed some humor with him and the staff. Everyone was so kind. Especially when I arrived at 11:15 a.m thinking that was my time. They were able to get me in as soon as the doctor started his office hours at 1:00+PM. I was so thankful for the help, considering my goof in time. They knew we had driven 1 1/2 hours to the appointment as we live over 30 miles away. Thanks for the smiles and squeezing me In earlier than my appointment. A satisfactory result for my error.
