I liked the way that a nurse came in to advise me that Dr. Cohen had a sick patient and was a bit behind. She told me there was one more patient before me and he would be in as soon as he could. Then Dr. Cohen came in to introduce himself and told me the same thing. Most doctors do not do that and it made me quite comfortable that people were getting the care they needed at the time. Regardless, that I wasn't seen within 15-minutes.
