Dr. Osborn is one of the most impressive providers I have ever interacted with. Not only he listed carefully and gave explanation to all of my questions. He went above and beyond to get to know my health history and any related treatment that I am to be taken. Not only I would recommend this provider to anyone, I wish all providers would take Dr. Osborn's approach to provide care as an example of a good doctor's practices.

We have found our experience with Dr.Osborn to be extremely helpful. When our infant needed to go home with oxygen Dr.Osborn made sure that this happened efficiently that same day. Later when Insurance was not sure whether they would cover the oxygen doctor. Osborne asked them to check back with his office and make sure that everything went smoothly. We really appreciate Dr. Osborne.

We have been waiting to see a specialist, and we have been waiting for about 6 months now, until I found Swedish, we called and they made us an appointment right away! We met the Doctor and he explained and answered all our concerns, he was very helpful and he even talked some Spanish with us, we are so thankful that he is able to see our daughter and been in his care.

We absolutely love Dr. Osborne and were dismayed to learn he's leaving the practice with no other pediatric pulmonologist at Swedish. He is a gem and worth following to Tacoma so as convenient as this clinic was for us, there is no reason to stay. A sad day for Swedish and kids in Seattle who need his care.

We love Dr. Osborn. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes a proactive approach which I very much appreciate. He is a good listener and answers all my (many) questions. It can take a long time to get an appointment but his team does a great job scheduling our next appt while we're still in the office.

Dr Osborn has wonderful bedside manner with our daughter. He explained things very well, took her condition seriously, provided a clear direction forward, and even gave us a better spacer/mask for our daughters inhaler than we received at the pharmacy making delivering her medicine more effective.

Our family really values the Swedish Aerodigestive Team and how well they have cared for our son. Recently, we had an immediate concern and Dr Osborn and his amazing nurse coordinator went above and beyond. We have been with Dr Osborn and the team for 5 years and truly value each of them!

Dr Osborne and his team are phenomenal. We are dealing with a congenial issue and we may feel nervous, but never scared or uneducated about it. They show us what's going on, tell us both the medical and layman's terms. They are wonderful!

Dr. Osborn is excellent but he is so booked out it's very difficult if not impossible to get an urgent appointment or see if in one or two weeks for a follow up if needed. Either he needs another doc or stop taking more patients.
