Dr. John N. Kallis, DMD

My experience with Dr Kallis was a combination of fabulous dental work followed by horrible billing confusion and over-charge of a few hundred dollars that is not yet fixed as of more than 1yr after procedure date. Dr Kallis is very professional, creative, amazing, hard working, yet very nice & friendly doctor. I am still very happy with the outcome of the implant he did for me. However, his billing staff is horrible.
After all the bills were paid off by me and my insurance company, I found out his billing person has charged me twice for the extraction of same tooth. Who can extract same tooth twice?? So, I asked them to fix the obvious billing mistake and refund the duplicate amount billed to me. Despite the many contact I made, I have not yet received explanation, revised bill nor refund check as of 16months after the date of procedure. It is such a disappointment that the billing person doesn't even return calls at all. My rating for Dr Kallis is 5-stars, but rating for his unkind billing staff is 1-star. My negotiation still continues.
