The treatment center assigned this new doctor without consulting me.  The first time I met him, the visit took like 3 minutes.  For the planned second visit, the treatment center assigned another doctor without notice or consulting me, and their justification is that Dr Kang is only available 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off.  I felt very let down, having been tossed between standby doctors or nurse practitioners after my doctor retired, only to end up with a part-time doctor with no vested interest.
