Horrible experience today with my Dr. The front desk, Dr aides, office manager Alli, were exceptionally wonderful to work with. However Dr "S" was NOT.   For the second
time, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to get called back.  When I tried to calmly express my concerns about the wait time to the Dr "S", he said that this would be our last time in meeting.  He was going to send all of my notes and his recommendations to my primary Dr.  When I tried to reason with him, he just wouldn't reconsider. He just cut me off.   A waste of nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes.   I was able to speak with the office manager, Allie, and again she provided excellent service for me. She quickly found me another Dr in the network, made an appointment for me, and genuinely listened to my concerns.  Allie saved the day.  Thank you!   Ortho Cincy as a whole, is good to work with.  Dr. "S" is NOT.
