My doctor has been out on medical leave so I've been seeing the mid wives and a differ t one almost every time. I've been missing the continuity of care I had with my provider And Heather by far has given me the best experience! She didn't seem rushed, answered and asked questions. She was so lovely!!! The receptionist was also lovely (I don't remember her name) but she took the time to reschedule my appointment so I could see my doctor who just returned from leave and helped me schedule my remaining OB appointments. Overall, this last visit has been my best experience throughout my pregnancy.

Both Heather and the other individual supporting Heather were very professional, kind and supportive. Heather walked me step by step through the procedure, made sure to comfort me and always asked for consent before doing anything. Both were very caring in ensuring I was ok before leaving my appointment. They did an amazing job coaching me and easing me through my anxiety.

I am currently pregnant and the provider I saw was absolutely amazing. I had to bring my 3 year old with me to the appointment and Dr. McGregor was kind to me and my child. She answered all my questions and informed me with everything I needed. It's nice to have a Doctor who actually listens to your concerns and is sympathetic to what you are going through.

Heather created such a safe space for me during the visit. She was very attentive and listened everything and had an answer for most things. When she didn't have an answer for me at the time she made sure to follow up again with me a couple days later and explained everything very well.

The scheduling was difficult because you guys are so booked out. But my experience at the doctors office was great, the provider and nurse I saw were great and the receptionist was wonderful.
