Found this provider via Aetna website, when searching for Couples Therapy.... went through the online process to book an appointment, got a phone call in response when a (very polite) lady explained to me that they charge out of pocket for.... couples therapy! if I want to do a solo therapy, no problem, covered. Couples? we have to pay out of pocket. Please help me understand this? ps: 3 stars because the lady was indeed very polite and prompt.
