The front office staff is not knowledgeable of anything. They continue to blame it on a new system. When they got the new system in October. So that’s no longer a viable excuse. Once you get passed the incompetence you finally get to speak to a resident. Which is fine. But there Is no follow up, prescriptions never get called in, the on call physician NEVER calls you back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!
