On the date above Dr. Choi performed a 4 level decompression and fusion 8 screws two bars levels C3-C6 little did I know the horror I was going to deal with after surgery!!!!! This doctor and his team almost cost me my life, so I was sent home a day after surgery the second day home I was in so much pain I had to call a ambulance I was told Dr Choi reviewed everything and was sent home, then I couldn't move my right arm for almost 2 months he told me I suffered from Proetheus and that I might not ever Be able to move my arm again but gradually that came back but weak then I started swelling about a 1/4 of my posterior scar on to my shoulders I was sent to MRI/EMG I was told that my fusion fused and the hardware looked great that I was developing a Stress ball to start physical therapy, I dedicated my self to therapy and I have the best physical therapist! But nothing worked the swelling got so bad, I mad numerous appointments with this office sent numerous of photos of my swelling I was pushed aside lied to I decided to seek a second opinion that my pain became unbearable and I was scared something was going to happen to me, I found out the worst news I had a complete fusion fail!! And my hardware failed  almost 4 screws where out the bone and severe kyphosis and a large C6 cervical rib!! my NEW DOCTORS WHO CARE FOR ME!! Had to reconstruct my entire neck because of this doctor Choi and the doctors who decided to turn there heads and lie, my life was put at risk I now have 20 screws two bars a metal plate and 4 spacers holding my neck and mind you this fusion Dr. Choi performed wasn't even 1year 7 months old, you shouldn't be a DOCTOR I have children I'm not going to stop until I find out if I can legally get you in trouble!!!
