After numerous reminders of my appointment and even a link to check in online the day before the appointment, the doctor did not show up.  I was 15 minutes early so I stuck around thinking the office just wasn't open yet but then after a few phone calls and being put on hold for quite awhile, I found out his office was closed.  This was very frustrating because I set the appointment up in advance and I live out of the country so I was unable to reschedule.
