I called to get an appointment and immediately before I could say "Hello" someone put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I was trying to go to an A.A. OBGYN, but this is the result.
Previously, I loved this dr. My last visit, was a nightmare. I don't know if it was because they were in a new location, or what happened. What I do know is that I was called to the back 45 mins after my appt time; I had to come back to remind them that I needed my urine test; my prescriptions were not called in; and I can't get anyone to call or message me back. The Dr was great when I came last yr, which is why I didn't mind driving from Arlington to Plano, but never again.
