I spent 2 hours in this office and got nothing accomplished. It took an hour and a half for the dentist to see me. I went in for sudden facial swelling and pain, and his idea of an "exam" was to aggressively and repeatedly hit my tooth with a metal object. He did this without communicating anything to me and became hostile when I asked what he was doing. Now my issue is worse, as the doctor's idea of treatment was to repeatedly hit the painful area until I stopped him and walked out.
