I have been seeing Ms. Carlson for over three years. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable about various modalities for behavioral therapy and flexible with working with me to find the best option for an issue. She has an excellent bedside manner and is very compassionate and understanding. Her active listening skills are singular and she helps me to refocus when I try to change the subject. She makes herself available for emergencies and if not available provides alternative resources. She is the most exceptional therapist I have ever worked with and I would expect to be in a major metropolitan area to find a resource as capable and beneficial as Ms. Carlson.
