I was a patient at Nally's for about a year. I never got to see the doctor,  only the PA and she never helped with a single problem of mine. I went for a follow up 2 weeks after an appt I had. At check out, no one asked for payment so I figured there was no copay for a  follow up and I was literally there for 2 minutes with the PA! I got a bill for a $30 copay I refused to pay because I literally still had the same issue after 2 visits I was NO BETTER and she dismissed me with no follow up needed. Accounting put $90 worth of late fees on my unpaid copay and then they sent me a dismissal letter that they would no longer be my physician due to my large balance. They are horrible there. Absolutely horrible!
