"When I walked into the office, it was in disarray- plastic bottles on the laying around, disorganized, garbage , etc. Her appearance was also, in my opinion, unprofessional and unkempt. She didnt appear to be engaging, warm or personable. After sitting with her for an hour, I didnt feel comfortable or connected. I felt judged and a lack of compassion. "

"I was referred to this provider by their practice, who told me the provider was covered under my insurance. After two visits it was discovered that this provider does not even contract with my insurance what so ever. When I had to cancel my next appointment, I reached out to the provider to let them know and they never sent a response to me after that. After sharing very personal details about personal trauma that my family and friends do not even know about with the provider, I would have expected at least some type of response from the provider, instead of just being ignored entirely. On top of that, they refused to accommodate at all on the billing, even though it was their practice who did not properly (or possibly at all) check my insurance, and stuck me with $600 in bills for two visits, when if it was actually covered under my insurance it would have been no cost. It was abundantly clear this provider and this practice do not care about their patients mental health or well being what so ever. "

"DO NOT go with this crazy person. She or He whatever pronouns they claim require a therapist themselves. She will add to your story and manipulate it, does not keep anything confidential. Very unprofessional. "

"Years ago I was attacked by a family member and later we decided to meet with a therapist to work things out. We decided to meet with Rob to work things out and that was a HUGE mistake :(. After explaining the attack I suffered Rob expressed no empathy for my experience. Instead Rob spent the next three sessions gaslighting me and even mocked me for expressing safety concerns if my young family was around her. Rob has many opportunities to appologize for his hurtful and unprofessional therapy but he has chosen not to. I guess Rob and my attacker have something in common in that they both have a total inability to take responsibility for the harm they cause others. Like I said working with this man was a HUGE mistake :( "
